What Our Guests Say

Discover Langa and enjoy African cuisine

The visit was led by the Guide Ndoda, it was very emotional and at the same time professional. Ndoda has a gift with children, and the fact that we visited a nursery makes the visit ideal for families with children. Discovering the history of Langa and the current situation is essential to understanding the social situation of Cape Town and the country. It is a visit as essential as Table Mountain and doing it with the help of the sakhisizwe association makes it even more worthwhile. Ndoda is definitely a friend we'll contact on our next visits to the city.

Discover Langa and enjoy African cuisine

Great experience. Very informative. we felt like we could know more about the real life in South Africa, its challenges and its culture in general. It was also a great opportunity to taste real South African food which was great. Even if our guide was reassuring about it, it sometimes felt like we were intruding in the life of vulnerable people which we were uncomfortable with. However it was a life changing experience and I would still recommend it.

Pato Tours

Mhinti and Lelo were great hosts and guides. The cooking experience was both fun and informative. We enjoyed learning about local cuisine, history, and community initiatives. We felt well taken care of and would recommend the experience to others. One of our favorite memories was learning to dance like a local!

Pato Tours

It was a very nice experience - both Mhinti and guide Lihle were super friendly and found great spots to make stops, including this secret cave for magical photos. Recommend highly!
